"Looks nice, but I’m not totally sure"
The pictures do look good, and I don’t not like the overall style. I just wish the details were a bit clearer because I’m still kinda unsure about it

"Order came exactly right"
My Bally order matched what I picked online, right size, right color, nothing missing or mixed up. Packaging was fine too. Knocked off one star since tracking updated a bit slow, but the order itself was spot on

"Didn’t hold up like I expected"
I bought these from Bally thinking they’d be a solid pair that would last a while, but after just a few months the sole was already starting to come apart and the leather looked way more worn than it should have, especially since I wasn’t even wearing them every day. For what they cost, I really expected much better quality and durability, so I’m disappointed and I don’t see myself buying another pair.

"I ordered a pair of shoes..."
I ordered a pair of shoes from bally.com, the leather felt way thinner than I expected. It scratched really easily too, which made me wonder if the quality is actually what they claim it is. For the price, I was expecting much better.

"Disappointing stitching for the price"
I ordered a pair of Bally shoes from bally.com, and I have to say, I was disappointed with the quality. The shoes looked nice at first glance, but the stitching was uneven in a few places, and one of the edges started lifting after only wearing them a couple of times.
For what these cost, I was expecting something much more polished and well-made. They do look good from a distance, but up close the finishing feels a bit cheap, which is frustrating because I really wanted to like them.

"Cute shoes, but the sizing threw me off"
I really like how these look—that was my first thought when I opened the box. But then I tried them on and had that little “wait, is this my usual size?” moment. They feel smaller than I expected, which is a bit annoying because otherwise they’re nice. I’d probably size up next time

It still hasn’t arrived, and at this point my brain just goes, “If it’s taking this long, it’s probably not coming anytime soon.” Frustrating

"Return worked, but it was slow"
I ordered shoes from Bally and had to send them back for a different size. The return went through fine. It just took longer than I thought it would. Updates were slow too. Customer service did get back to me, which helped. Not a bad experience. Just not as smooth as I hoped

"Support was decent, just slower than I expected"
I did end up getting the help I needed, so I can’t really complain too much. But my gut feeling while waiting was that things were moving slower than they should’ve. The replies eventually came through and were helpful enough, just not as quick as I’d hoped.

"I ordered from Bally and even..."
I ordered from Bally and even before opening it, I could tell something was off. The outer shipping box was completely smashed, with the corners bent in like it had been tossed around a lot.
The shoe box inside wasn’t much better, it looked scuffed and beaten up, and there was barely any padding, just some loose paper that didn’t really hold anything in place. I even double-checked my order email and receipt because for what I paid, I expected the packaging to feel a lot more careful.

The shoes themselves might be fine, but the whole unboxing experience felt cheap and disappointing. When you’re buying something at this price, getting a damaged box just makes it feel like nobody really cared.

"I really like the clean designs..."
I really like the clean designs and the whole vibe feels a little fancy, which is nice. Just wish it was a bit cheaper becuase the prices feel slightly high for what it is.

"Still Waiting on Customer Service"
I’ve emailed customer service three separate times and haven’t gotten a single reply. At this point, I feel like I’m being forced to be patient, which is really frustrating. I get that things can take time, but no response at all is just awful.

"Good stuff, but the prices make me hesitate"
I do like the products and the quality seems solid, but the prices feel a bit hard to justify. After seeing how expensive everything is, I’m not as confident that I’m getting a fair deal anymore, which makes me less likely to buy again.

"Good shoes, but I expected a little more"
I picked up a pair of bally shoes the leather does feel really nice. You can tell they’re not cheap or anything. But after wearing them a few times, I noticed the stitching looked a bit uneven in places, and the soles started showing marks quickly. They’re not bad shoes at all, just for the price I kind of thought they’d feel a little more... solid, I guess

"Nice-looking site, but a bit clunky"
The site looks nice at first, and it was easy enough to find my way around for the most part. The filters were a little laggy though, which got annoying after a while, especially when I was just trying to narrow things down and then started second-guessing what I even wanted. Checkout was also kind of confusing, not impossible, just not as smooth as I expected.

"Definitely Not the Comfort I Expected"
I ordered a pair of shoes from bally.com and, unfortunately, my feet were already hurting after about 20 minutes of wearing them. They feel stiff, tight, and just not comfortable at all. For the price, I guess I was naïve to expect them to actually feel good, but here we are.

"Refund timeline didn’t match what they promised"
I ordered something from bally.com and ended up returning it. They made it sound like the refund would be quick, but in reality it took longer than expected. I had to email them just to get an update, which was annoying. The money did come back eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the experience didn’t really match what they said it would be. Overall, just okay
